In Detroit and cities across the world people are starting a new kind of crime. People have begun scavenging rundown houses and cars for copper wiring and metals. Because of the dying economy in the US people are doing anything they can to make money. "Scrapping" has become more and more popular as of late as people will do virtually anything to stay afloat in these troubling times. Clearly we need to help out our poor population so that this shady behavior stops.
